Thanks for the input and I am looking for the correct direction to go. Have started the gym 6 nights for about 1-2hrs. Have finally past the soreness stage so now I am working on full body each night. Even thinking about quitting one of my jobs to be able to workout more. I am 5’10” 148lbs only real fat content is around middle.
Do some research on weight/mass gaining....you have a long way to go natty before using aas, I mean if you can’t eat and gain natty then aas isn’t going to help ....all you’re gonna gain is water weight, have a buildup of glycogen, ( which gives the illusion of muscle gain), and will all be literally pissed away once you come off the drugs, so unless you have the diet to take advantage of the boost in protein synthesis the drugs provide, stay natty until you do
Another point of concern, I’ll assume you want to add mass/muscle and imo 6 days in the gym is to much....you grow OUTSIDE the gym, your muscles need time to heal and recover in order to grow ( so long as there is a surplus of nutrients available), again imo 4 days wk in the gym at 45-1hr is sufficient...target specific body parts each workout, ex: Monday is chest and triceps, tues rest, wed back and biceps, thurs rest, Friday shoulders, Saturday legs,. Sunday rest..alternate calves and abs every other day...this is just an example but find out what works for you.....
stay in calories surplus, get plenty of sleep, lift hard....repeat repeat repeat....it takes time to develop true muscle so don’t get fooled by the illusion of what aas can do...learn and practice building muscle natty and when you’re ready, the addition of aas will shine for you
