Ok I am wonder what the forum thinks about this advice. Always get multiple options

test E 500mg per week for 10 weeks (will need two bottles)
exemestane 12.5mg EOD (will need 1 pack)

PCT start 7 days after after last injection
nolva 40mg ED for 4 weeks
clomid 50mg ED for 4 weeks

Is this going to be your first cycle?

By the looks of your picture it would appear that you don't really have a muscular base. I noticed that your profile says you are 40. I would try to focus on diet and training to build a base before considering steroids. Also at the age of 40, maybe seeing an endocrinologist could be a good move. Honestly I'm 21, so maybe someone else here could be of more help

Based upon your avatar picture here is another “option” as a “40” yo with
a long way to go before AAS are even considered.

Begin an exercise routine and stick with it for at least a year hiring a trainer using the funds needed to run AAS successfully.

Return thereafter with labs in hand to ensure others have the required data to aid you as informed members.

Finally it’s always helpful to LIST the
primary reason WHY, you want to run AAS.

Lift weights for a few years first.

If that's you in your profile, you look like you weigh about a buck fifty. You have no place taking steroids when you need to learn to eat and train first.

You will look like shit if you don't build a strong base and learn nutritional basics before jumping on gear.

Thanks for the input and I am looking for the correct direction to go. Have started the gym 6 nights for about 1-2hrs. Have finally past the soreness stage so now I am working on full body each night. Even thinking about quitting one of my jobs to be able to workout more. I am 5’10” 148lbs only real fat content is around middle.

Full body 6 days a week is actually a pretty bad routine. I only like to hit the same muscle group a maximum of twice per week to allow time for growth and recovery. Research basic weightlifting protocols such as muscle group splits. Back/biceps chest/tricep/shoulder legs/core ect. Youtube would be a great resource to utilize.

Full body is good to start with, but six days a week is too much unless your volume is ridiculously low, in which case you're doing glorified cardio.

As Test>tren said, you need to allow time for recovery. Working out breaks down the muscle. Your rest periods between are where you actually build muscle.

Without proper rest, you're spinning your wheels.

2 hours a day at SIX days a week for a NOVICE —- is rarely a wise decision on behalf of novices for several reasons.

- LACK of conditioning

- an inadequate diet specifically aimed at effective recovery

- poor training technique, sequencing and loads

- Limited understanding of goal directed training itself!

— for starters

Delve deeper into the OPs lifestyle, training and diet to obtain a much better idea of what I’ve observed in almost every noob.

No offense OP but the fact you’re inquiring about AAS fundamentals and requesting “better reply’s” in spite of sound advice is prophetic IME.

Finally the question posed in this thread largely depends upon the long and short term goals of each individual
and perhaps THATS WHY member replies vary considerably, differing objectives

I think you'll need 3 bottles..
Actually I know you'll need three.

Also you don't understand you half lives or you wouldn't be starting your pct 7 days after your last injection.
I could spoon feed you on it but you should really read more.

Your clomid is high for 4 weeks, I'd taper it down.
Your not ready to cycle bro, lift some more, eat some more, READ some more.

Crashed estrogen.
12.5 every 4 days a better start

Waste of hpta running one of the crappiest muscle builders by itself. Imo if you going to F**CK your hpta do something that will be more aesthetically pleasing. Or you are not going to be satisfied and will hammer your hpta again in desperation

100-150mgs test 10weeks
300mgs deca 8 weeks
Winstrol last 4weeks

Only 12.5 mgs exemestane per week after week 4 if needed. This cycle won't increase estrogen much until after week 4.

You will look WAYYY BETTER than running 500mgs test

Do some research on weight/mass gaining....you have a long way to go natty before using aas, I mean if you can’t eat and gain natty then aas isn’t going to help ....all you’re gonna gain is water weight, have a buildup of glycogen, ( which gives the illusion of muscle gain), and will all be literally pissed away once you come off the drugs, so unless you have the diet to take advantage of the boost in protein synthesis the drugs provide, stay natty until you do
Another point of concern, I’ll assume you want to add mass/muscle and imo 6 days in the gym is to much....you grow OUTSIDE the gym, your muscles need time to heal and recover in order to grow ( so long as there is a surplus of nutrients available), again imo 4 days wk in the gym at 45-1hr is sufficient...target specific body parts each workout, ex: Monday is chest and triceps, tues rest, wed back and biceps, thurs rest, Friday shoulders, Saturday legs,. Sunday rest..alternate calves and abs every other day...this is just an example but find out what works for you.....
stay in calories surplus, get plenty of sleep, lift hard....repeat repeat repeat....it takes time to develop true muscle so don’t get fooled by the illusion of what aas can do...learn and practice building muscle natty and when you’re ready, the addition of aas will shine for you
