Can someone post comparisons between flat and full?

I was told I was "flat" in this picture, even though I'm not dieting. Inkedphoto_2021-11-08_12-06-12_LI.jpg

Thanks

Take a picture in the morning after you havent eaten all day.

then take a picture after a carb filled day 4 hours post workout.

that will show it basically.
The pic above is am without food... I'll tell my wife to take pic later after my next meal.

If you ate a bunch of carbs today. Then Yeay.

Basically “flat” is when muscle glycogen is emptyish, then “full” is when glycogen stores are full.

Thing is, I'm on t3 and one of the guys in another thread told me it will deplete you and make you look flat. Of course taking this pic in the am before breakfast and after popping t3 in the morning I'm' sure doesn't help lol. I'm only taking 50mcg and it is helping me with digestion and also allowing me to eat a ton of food without getting fat. But I'll report back with new pic within the hour.

It will. But cutting weight does that.

First ones are when I was told I was flat...(taken a few days ago in the AM before breakfast.) 11-22-21.PNG

These I just took no (4:34PM after eating PWO meal two).

You will never actually look flat until you’re truly dieting hard. There’s a big difference between not full of water and carbs from a day of eating and being flat. Being truly flat takes being very lean to notice and the big indicator is losing detail. I actually may be able to give a decent comparison in a few weeks as I’ll be weighing in for nationals well before my tan and can show both states in the same lighting.

Also dont let what one person effect your mood and work. You can learn from others, but also keep in mind its the internet.
I don't take things personally; I'm always more than happy to admit being wrong and improve myself.

Basically I'm too fat to even be considered flat lol.

T3 will make you flat... I personally didn’t think you looked super flat the first pic. Finish your cut then lower your t3 to 25 than 0 and post pics PWO after s high carb day.

You will have super glycogen saturation.

Good plan for me. Especially if you fill it with carbohydrates. I think the picture should be different at times better
