If money is not a prob this cycle then I agree with the TEST & TREN...if ya got a budget then go with TEST & EQUIPOSE...after all your cycles you should know what diet works best for you wheter cutting or bulking,now all ya gotta do is find the calorie range that will allow you to put on lean mass while dropping bodyfat,mine is around 2500(I'm a very easy gainer).
 
Test suspension can be a painful inject, is actually pure test (test base ) without any ester attached to it to it goes in and out of your body pretty quick some report hormone levels within 1 to 2 days and up to 3days. Is very potent and it may aromatize quickly as it may not, some experience bloat and acne some don't like in my case but it sure hardens your muscles depending on your diet and training not to mention you must inject every day.
Here is my recommendation, endocrine_Supply makes some real good transdermals, his TDS288 (test Base ) works very well! I will always use it in replacement of test prop and or suspension, easy application, not messy, no odors, does not irritate the skin I strongly recommned it. Is the ONLY transdermal that has ever shown to work even better than DMSO.

if money is not an issue i would tren e at 500 mg a week test e 750-900 mg a week and 600mg of eq a week. the reason that i would do prop/tren is the ed injection sucks ass and prop is some painfull shit. also take 20mg of nova a day and .5mg of amridex. keep our diet in check and do a minium of 100 minutes a week of cardio a week and bloating should not be a problem.
 
Honestly bro, do some fucking research and put together your own stack. I mean cmon.

I could tell you to stack fucking hamburgers and french fries.

Shit if money aint a problem then stack GH, slin, IGF, TEST, tren, anadrol, anavar, EQ. fuck stack everything.

How are we supposed to know what you do or dont respond to? people tell me to use winny for cutting, but winny bloats me and makes me feel like shit.

What are your goals, mass? hardness? cutting? lean gains?

Also if you have done 10 cycles and you are 215 with 19% bodyfat, I dont think your training eating or sleeping is on point. Get those down and make some natural gains, or at least do some danm research for yourself.

AND you know what guys this is a FLAME. its bullshit like this that wastes everyone elses time. He can sure as hell go into the profiles or do a search on specific AAS and put together his own cycle.

And NOONE can tell me his stats are good if he has done 10 cycles. Ive only done 6 cycles. Im 5'11'' 253 and at 7% BF.
And most importantly I DONT ask people to map out cycles for me.

Bro I think you need to check your diet, it's all in your diet. You say you want to be bigger and leaner, you weigh 219 at 19% bodyfat. That is a bit of bodyfat, you need to eat a clean diet. I think that what you should be asking help for is diet not what drugs to take, just my 2cents. How tall are you? Give us a run down of what your diet really looks like maybe we can help you. I believe most gains come from food and rest. Sure drugs help but if those two aren't in check it doesn't matter what you take ;)

My boy Sev is awesome just wish that people would do a little research for themselves. This is your body you are working with therefor do as much research as you can to find what is best for you. Then once you got the basics we can help from there, good luck bro ;)
 
diet is definitely the most important thing. i'm not even on a cycle right now and i just gained 3lbs while droping 2% BF in the last month without even trying really. post a diet for critique if you'd like.

my diet usually stays the same year round ill wake up eat 8 egg whites 1 cup of oatmeal and a protein shake 3 hours later 2 chicken breasts and half cup of rice 3 hours later ill repeat then which will be about 2 hours later before i work out ill have a protein shake and then a red bull drink before i work out then post work out ill have a carbo rush drink by world wide nutrion then after the drive home ill have a protein shake then in a few hours ill have 2 turkey burgers on regular buns and non fat cheese on it then before bed ill have a protein shake i usally eat like this during the week and then cheat on the weekend also take about 10grams of glutamine also after workout seems about to run anyone have any suggestions to add to my diet i just try toeat every 3 hours late
 
Well your diet sounds clean, I don't see why you are carring 19% bodyfat when you say you been eating like this year round :confused: The diet you say you take year round is pretty damn clean mostly high protien very little fat and not really that many callories, bro are you sure this is the way you been eating really????? Not trying to be hard on you but that type of diet would make anyone lose weight, I would think if you really ate like this year round your bodyfat would be more like 9% not 19% :confused: How bout you post a pic, are you sure you are 19%??
