Also if you have done 10 cycles and you are 215 with 19% bodyfat, I dont think your training eating or sleeping is on point. Get those down and make some natural gains, or at least do some danm research for yourself.

And NOONE can tell me his stats are good if he has done 10 cycles. Ive only done 6 cycles. Im 5'11'' 253 and at 7% BF.
