What i ate today

1- Woke up and made some oatmeal in milk and protein powder. Mixed it up and added yogurt and some berries.
1- had a large portion of 2 chicken breast and white rice green beens
3- grabbed 4 Wendy's classic cheese burgers and 2 large fries
4- had 3 large portions of high protein lasagna made with aton of ground chicken
5- had a large bowl of cereal had to put it into a small chip bowl.
6- had another chicken breast and some white rice green beens
7-ate a large bowl of chocolate ice cream
8. Finishing off with an open face beanut butter jelly sandwich with about an inch of peanut butter.
9- probably finish the night with a protein shake before bedtime at around midnight.

I'm now full!!
I did back and arms somewhere in between all that food.
I'm just guessing but im sure I'll weigh in at 252lbs in the am.
