What is a good Level of e2 ?

Im currently on 291mg test per week. My e2 is at 62 pg/ml. This is my first cycle and I am on planing to go of in December. My question is. Should I run an ai. Especially if I want to up the Dosis or add hcg? Like what should e2 be at ?

please , use UNDERGROUND section , in my opinion Deus and Driada from 0 to 100 , is 0 , but my choise from my experience and other guys

I ve heard even with pharmaceutical balkan people who said that it was bunk.

30-40 is usually optimal but I hear 50-60 being the sweet spot while on but everyone is different in that aspect. Everyone aromatizes diffrent from one another. someone on 250 test could need 1/2 tab adex while another needs 2mg a week to combat E2 sides.
