EO for me smooths gear out a bit, PIP wise. But it’s usually used in highly concentrated brews. Which makes everyone think it’s the EO that gives pip.

Ive never used a high concentrate brew. Tbh im not even sure if its the EO I just know I have tried everything and nothing hurt me like this gear I used to get with "expensive carrier oil". I literally have tested everything

EO is a carrier oil. You could use it to replace the GSO or MCT or you could lower the GSO or MCT by whatever % and replace it with EO.
If you've never used it before you might want to make a small batch first to test your body's reaction to it.

You will learn quickly that running AAS is a marathon, not a sprint. Slow down, take some time to read and learn how all of this stuff works and the appropriate ways to run and brew gear and you’ll be much better off for it. Physically, mentally, and emotionally.
