I did 75 mg one run and damn if the back pumps at work didn’t have me taking a knee seems like 2-3 times a day lol. I prefer to stay at 50mg and usually didn’t take it on leg or back day because my lower back and hamstrings would be brutal.I like 40-50mg depending on how the tabs are dosed. More than that and I get fucking wicked pumps just walking to my car.
If it's good var, you really don't need more than that.
