Hello, I am someone who has been doing an intense calisthetic workout 6 days a week for 5 years, only like 1.5 hours a day. I have a good build but I have a pot belly from eating prison food and I am looking to cut up quickly and then maintain with just test, but im wondering who has the best gear for a decent price (im based in US) and what should i stack with what kind of test to get the best results. If someone could lift the weights for me too that would be great. Thanks

Have you tried reading through the forum at all? These questions have been answered ad nauseum.

No one gives buying advice, so that you won't have anyone else to blame if your experience is shit. We've all gotten burned, probably a few times if you've been around for some years, so due diligence has to fall on each of us.

As for finding a good seller, look for someone (1) with an active thread, (2) with many recent positive reviews, that (3) posts recent chemical analysis of their products, performed by Janoshik's lab.

The good news is that testosterone cypionate is cheap, plentiful, and can get to your door pretty fast.

For what it's worth, if you're looking to lose some fat, test cyp will help a little bit. It'll mostly help you keep all of your muscle as you drop calories, so that more of the tissue you lose is fat. If you want something to assist that process, the safest and most effective compounds are the GLP-1/GIP drugs -- semaglutide and tirzepatide. Those are Ozempic and Mounjaro respectively.

Sema is devastatingly effective at killing appetite, but can have some unpleasant side effects. Tirzepatide will reduce your appetite slightly less effectively, but people tolerate it better. If you're eating clean and doing some resistance work, and your goal is to drop fat, that's probably all you need.

steroids arent really going to get you cut up man, i think you should just eat less and do a little cardio and save yourself the headache until you get in the gym more
Totally agree here, for cutting purposes, Testosterone won’t give you extra fat burning properties or accelerate/enhance fat loss.

Cut up quickly: Just do an aggressive cut and you’ll achieve great results without steroids. People actually cut their test doses down when cutting.

Why go and inject test and deal with water retention/sides/labwork/managing e2, just to cut up some fat.

I was under the impression that test WOULD contribute to the fat loss. I can totally do it the natural way, yes it would be healthier but I dont want to. Ive slaved 5 long years doing it the natural way and I worked my ass off to get where I am and now that I have access to free weights, I plan on running something until my strength goals are met and then just maintaining with a little test. I want the fast results and to lower my BMI then Ill br satisfied

If you are hypogonadal it will help with fat loss

If you're not it will make basically zero practical difference

I dont have a problem with appetite, what Im looking for is accelerated metabolism or any other properties that directly contribute to getting rid of the fat. I eat healthy now that i have access to whatever foods I want, I honestly probably dont eat enough. The fat is due to 5 years of mostly sedentary lifestyle plus high carb and sodium prison food. Thank you for your input though, I appreciate your honest opinion and for clarifying the forum guidelines

hint: The compounds that directly contributes directly to metabolism/accelerated fat loss in the way you want aren’t the oils.

We need a tribute to go in and find out which is right
3 years long enough?

US prisons don't have federal regulations or mandates on nutrition. There are guidelines from the Federal Bureau of Prisons, but policy is state-level.

(And private prisons wouldn't have to follow federal mandates, regardless.)

My experience: 2,000-2,600kcal would be my approximation across the facilities I was, with 40-60g of protein. A significant amount of the protein is incomplete/poorly bioavailable, like beans/soy.

The only way you'd be able to get fat in prison is by being entirely sedentary and consuming extra food from commissary.

this is all you need with some lifting to maintain the muscle. Steroids arent going to do anything for your fat loss.

If you didnt eat enough you would be losing fat and getting rid of your belly given enough time. You dont gain fat from being sedentary, sodium and a high carb diet. You gain fat from eating too much in regards to your outpout, same way you lose fat, excees the input with the output.

You need a good diet high in protein and lifting to maintain muscle and exercise/cardio and a calorie deficit to lose the fat.

Yes, I skipped a lot of meals and ate food that we prepared from commisary which was all processed meat and carbs. Also the facility I was at served cake for breakfast 3 days a week and pasta in some way shape or form 4 times a week. I switched to vegatarian diet hoping to counteract the weight gain but that just increased my carb intake. I worked out for 1.5 hours daily but not enough cardio and the rest of the time i was sedentary because the prison I was at is small and they have staffing issues so there was limited movement and only 1 hr a day outside. Im not blaming it all on them, it was me that stuffed my face with pepperoni batches but at the time I was doing all bodyweight excersises so the more weight I had on my body the better results i got from my pushups and pullups. Thats all
