What is the most High-End peptide pen?

The novo nordisk pen is the best. But you need to modify it to fit generic cartridges and it's about 10% out.

That being said why can't they sell spring loaded insulin pens? The FIASP disposable pen I have has a great spring loaded system.

The lily pen has the most mechanical advantage. Gansulin pen feels clunky but it works.

Gansulin and Bird are nice due to being auto pens, but I’ve had both get stuck, so it’s a good idea to have a manual pen on standby. Of the “generic” pens, I find the V1 slim to be the best (consistent dosing, smooth mechanics).

Most of these spring loaded pens are all made by the same manufacturers, it's just b2b so we don't really hear of it.

The birdie pen is side activated, i believe its a china clone of this

Then you have the supposedly gansulin pen where the trigger is at the back, not sure if its a clone or whatever tho

almost all single use pens are spring loaded.
The fiasp pens do look kinda fat, can they be modified?

Ah shit guess I'm not up on game. All my insulin pens are manual.

I must be a poor.

The fiasp pen appears to be push fit from the front with the rear spring snap pressed in.

You most definitely could modify it. But I only use 2-4iu at a go so I kinda think it will be a while before I pull it apart.

The cartridge looks like a generic type. Not the novo one where the thread is on the cartridge.
