The pharmacy's are using what now? Gonadorelin is GnRh, that's for stimulation of pituitary to stimulate LH production. It needs to be delivered through the whole day in app 2h intervals and you also need a serm to block the e2 receptor in order for this to work. That is totally possible to do and people have done it before, but you need a pump or something, like an insulin pump, in order to deliver the gonadorelin every 2h ...

A proper hcg routine has already been posted, so I wont comment to much about it. But do know that test in it self, in larger quantities, is able to stimulate spermatogenesis. This is why you might have fuller balls on 500mg test vs a trt dose.

I personally am very sensitive to acne from hcg's estrogen and usually, 125mg ed is all I can afford and even that can be to much. But anxiety and low libido start creeping up if I go much lower ...

Depends on the brand of hcg. There’s a thread on excel male where people tested their TT along on hcg monotherapy and pregnyl had their TT almost twice of compounded hcg specifically from empower and Hallandale

Yeah for me I am very sensitive to hcg for some reason if I take too much my balls shrivel up and I feel like shit. Once a week at 250 seems enough for me but my balls are still pretty small I can't seem to get them to grow back to pre trt size that's the one problem I am having.

I took 250iu hcg twice this week and after the first shot I felt good after the second shot my balls really started to shrivel up I hate that feeling idk how to describe it. It sucks.

I gotta figure this shit out but otherwise I am doing great strength wise.

You sure u not jus thinking about it too much? Give it some time doesn't happen over night. From what I understand its hard to get Pharma HCG in the USA so if ur using generic from a private source maybe get it tested or try another brand.

Yeah idk about the quality of the hcg. Just gotta be patient it will take time I guess.

I guess I'm gonna talk to a doctor about the ball size everything has been going good with trt but my balls are a lot smaller than before girls can see that

I haven’t tried to have kids yet as I’m still finishing my degree. I do know that it’s prescribed to keep your sperm production some what adequate vs being completely shut down. It also prevent testicular atrophy and gives me bigger loads. I imagine for the best results I will have to come off TRT and run hCG and HMG to achieve a higher level sperm count.
