What is your preferred method of running T3?

I have a bottle of liquid t3 that I haven't gotten into and I am looking to lean up. I'm on my two week break of an EC stack and will be getting back on it next week. I'm trying to kill off my stubborn 40 yo stomach fat and no matter my diet, it's just not coming off. I've seen many recommendations on how best to use t3, and I wanted to know what other members think is the best way to run it.
 
There's no need to pyramid up our down. When your thyroid's shut down it's shut down. And make it 75mcg-100mcg for 4 weeks with a good dose of anabolics to prevent catabolism and you're good. Plenty of people bulk with 50mcg t3 for the fact that it increases protein turnover rate.

I'm halfway though a long test e run (16 weeks). I'm at 500mgs a week. Since I'm in that deep, I was thinking 40 mcgs twice a day. Does that sound good to you?
Thanks for the answers guys. I've got a pretty good handle on most my substances...but I've seen so many things on T3.
