UPD.
but after a three-day system, he switched to a four-day one. After 3 workouts where squats and bench press, trained the next day. There was deadlift and bench press.

Was running PPLPPLx after watching a bunch of Seth Feroce Vida and incorporating a lot of it into my workouts.

My pull and legs days always gas me out way too early, but push days I go for 1 hour 45 minutes straight. I generally average 17 sets for chest, 11-13 sets for triceps, and 12-15 sets for shoulders, split between front, side, and rear delts, on my push days.

Whenever I hit back, I gas out so quickly and feel like I've got no energy, legs I gas out quickly, but it's more because I've worked my legs hard enough that I can't do much more with them.

When I'm going to train my legs hard, I'm setting myself up for a fight. Because I love my legs, but they are damn hard for me.
