What's up, 40-ish yr old dude here, started TRT via local clinic in March @ 100mg weekly (Hallandale TC in GSO).
I do my bloods every 8 weeks thanks to Fitomics ( Thank you @DonLigero ) and it doesn't appear the TRT is doing shit, actually made my test drop, see stats below.

I've been lurking here (and other places) for a bit and from what I gather, think I might drop the clinic and start daily SQ 20 to 25mg for more even levels. I have another blood test scheduled for July.

2025-03-01 - Baseline
T - 438 ng/dL
Free T - 8.9 pg/mL
DHT - 21 ng/dL
SHBG 34 nmol/L
LH 4.8 mlU/mL
FSH 3.3 mIU/mL
E2 18

TC100 weekly, started 2025-03-26

2025-05-01 -
T - 355 ng/dL
Free T - 12.8 pg/mL
DHT - 19 ng/dL
SHBG 31 nmol/L
LH <0.3 mlU/mL
FSH <0.3 mIU/mL
E2 10.2

I got some TC and TE from sources here and had 'em tested at Jano. Will share the results in the appropriate threads.

Also been on Tirz since November, SW: 330lbs, CW: 250lbs, GW: whatever

Thanks,
RV

Are you sure your TC isn't bunker? Your total T is down. Your free T is up a little, but your e2 is crashed.

Could be, but shit... those results are after only taking Hallandale Compounding Pharmacy TC, prescribed by my local clinic doc, sent directly to me from Hallandale (no middle man) so I hope not.

I only got one vial from there, $65 for 100mg/mL, 5mL vial, +$150 clinic monthly fee...

The rest of my TC is from UGL which I had tested w/Jano. So I know it's good.

This is actually a common problem I have seen. Your rx is so low, that it is decreasing your natural production and is not enough to offset that shutdown so you end up with less T. If you want to stay with an RX, I would either bring it up with your provider and ask for a bump in your script or find another provider. The other option obviously is go at it yourself with your UGL source.

I am 55 now and was at 210 Total T at the start and online clinic prescribed 140mg / week Test C and 3 months later, my total T was 1070.

The beauty is that with the discount testing, you can make minor adjustments to your dose, run it for 6-8 weeks and test again. Makes it easy to dial it in.

Good luck and keep us updated.
