What keeps you motivated?

Keeping up the habit of working out every day is tough for most of us. What are some ways you keep yourself motivated to hit the gym on your off-days?

It's a compulsion. Many days I hate being in the gym, none the less, I have to be there. I just get myself in the door, then I sit down somewhere quiet, find a dark place in my mind and go exact my will upon my body. I can't explain it, just happens. Anybody else?
 
Everytime i leave the gym i dont want to but have to, the only thing i look forward to the next day is working out. Im in the military so time restrictions and shit have me on lock down. Shit comes up all the time where i cant just go and work out. It sucks a lot

I youtube "bodybuilding motivation" and watch those videos all the time, pumps me up a lot and gets me more amped about my next day of working out... on my off days, i try not to go to the gym, but if i can or im not hungover, i go anyways and do core or cardio or something lighter than a normal lifting day
 
Yeah bro i'll have to check out that youtube video. I want to go to the gym and workout, get in shape and pack on some serious muscle. I just don't have any motivation what so ever and it sucks.
Because I have a very large build and several people have told me I have the perfect build for lifting and that It would not take long at all to lean up and pack some nice mass an.
I am 26, weigh 270lbs and am 6'2" tall.

You guys have any suggestions?

The way chicks look at me while im in the gym or out with my friends or at work all that shit makes me wanna go to the gym and get bigger!
 
Well I am still trying to fing the midivation to even want to go to the gym and do any kind of work out!
Maybe someone needs to drag my lazy but to the gym?[:o)]

No I get your point. I just have a large build, by looking at me you'd think he's a big juy, not fat. I just need to tone up, and turn most the fat I have into muscle.
I know my wife would like that, but then again she likes me either way!
