What motivates your life

going to be honest. I really have no motivation. The only thing i am motivated by is exercise and trying to get big. I have been motivated by external factors. But have been lacking internal motivation.

As i did not grow up in poverty, so its amazing that you found motivation from that. I am the opposite.

Yes, often the problem is a lot of external and artificial motivation, but with the internal motivation of the problem. After all, only intrinsic motivation truly motivates a person every day. It seems to me

I guess what i am searching for is inner peace, i know money doesnt find contentment at all. I am really searching to find that inner happiness within myself.

that said, i feel deafeted and beaten mentally.

Here's a good point, money doesn't really bring happiness. But finding yourself and really what brings us happiness is an important task in life. I am sure that you will find your happiness

Yes, damn it, the gym has a special aura and a caste of people. More and more friendly and some kind of especially brotherhood, where everyone is ready to help and support you, and this is very cool. That's what it is worth walking and doing)

Yep. I go to a little local gym that still hasn't lost that oldschool appeal. Rusty and chipped metal plates, the ones that make the rattling sound when you dont put the collars on. The floor is stained with chalk and the racks look almost as old as the plates lol. Very humble community as well.
