What music do you train to

I been stuck on Pantera now for the last few months. I can just really grind to Becoming. Lol.
Anyone know of a newer band with similar flavor to Pantera?

I been played out on Metallica from a few years back. Listened to them way to much.

Do you find different music effects your different training days?

Do you change up Genre on cardio?

The mindless emo crap Gold's has put together centrally and crams into everyone's ears.

Ed Sheeran and shit like that - btw, Ed Sheeran should be spayed in public, assuming he has any balls.

Thankfully, once I start lifting, I tune out all sounds, or maybe it's my blood pressure that immobilizes my inner ear. Hmmmm?

Edit: This is a cross-generational friction point - my new wife who's 24 years younger than me played Ed Sheeran the other day, and I diplomatically had to enlighten her to the immense shittiness of whiny high-pitched emo music. Then I continued with playing Lynard Skynard, Aerosmith, Killing Joke, Echo & the Bunnymen, New Order, Babymetal, even Kylie Minogue (had to have something she might recognize in there), and wrapped it up with some operatic pieces from Lakmé (quite brilliant, but not workout music). She did like Sweet Home Alabama - I told her it was part of her immigration test to the US to declare that Lynard Skynard's song is awesome. :-)

He's an asshole. I've worked with a firm that had him as a client. Total primadonna.

You should have figured out by now that I'm not a conservative, not that O'Reilly is either, he's just some kind of infotainer. Really undisciplined political views, annoying.

Electronic music is all that does it for me these days. I used to love metal, but I can't listen to it at the gym. Maybe it was all the hallucinogens I took in my younger years, but electronic music is all can use at the gym now.

Tom Jones, the most testosterone guy on the planet. His music is an 8 week cycle in one blast.

Don't bother arguing either you low test virgins.
