You know Ive never tried mustard, but over our last trip I finally tried sauerkraut and found out I loved it. Prolly like 9 trips deep it took me to finally try it lol

Im going to make 2025 the year of trying new stuff.

This has become a staple snack. Had 3 Christmas Day (lol)

1 Shot Espresso - Peruvian or Nicaraguan Medium Roast
2oz Lactose Free Whole Milk (frothed)
Half Scoop Collagen Peptide Protein

85 kcal
11.5g protein
2.1g fat
4.2g carb
120mg CAFFEINE (oh yea!)

Tastes amazing... the collagen peptide melts like butter in the coffee. It thickens the whole thing and reminds me a lot of Nido dried milk that we grew up on back in my crappy country of origin. Yea I know what it looks like... whatever, I dont know how to do the art shit.

can make that taste a lot better with one small spoon of sugar and one or two small pinches of salt

Relish sucks, bro. It’s like oddly sweet. Not good at all unless it’s the last ingredient thrown into a Junkyard Dog. Aka a hot dog with chili, mustard and onion with slaw. Relish is acceptable in that scenario

Outside of that, it’s trash.
