What routine have you used with the most success

my best growth results were from FST-7 but i was on my first cycle too so its hard to say. like rodgerthis, I'm running a modified 5x5 now too, and its been my best off cycle progression

Modified 5x5 is great cause you hit squats 3 times a week and everything else 2+ times and it's very simple to modify for yourself

damn my lexdysia must've been acting up haha

after how many weeks (if at all) do you switch to 8-10 reps before going back to 5 reps?
 
Mon-Chest, Tri's, calves
Tue-Back, Bi's, abs
We'd-legs, calves
Thursday-shoulders, traps, abs
Fri-chest, Tri's, calves
Sat-Back, bi's, abs
I do throw an extra off day in the middle sometimes if I'm just plain beat up. Listen to your body, it knows what's what and when it needs rest

HI MY NAMES STEVE I'M 40YRS OLD I WEIGH 145LBS THIS IS MY FIRST D-BALL CYCLE I HAVE 25MG DIANABOL ORALS FROM MISSION LABS I JUST CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW MANY I SHOULD TAKE A DAY FOR MAX RESULTS LAST YEAR I DID A 12 WEEK CYCLE OF SUST-250 ...1 AND A HALF CC EVERY 3RD DAY WORKED PERFECT GOT GREAT GAINS IT ALL WORKED OUT ..BUT NOW WITH A ORAL ONLY CYCLE FOR 8 WEEKS I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY MG's I SHOULD TAKE A DAY ANY SUGGESTIONS MY FRIEND
 
I've always had a skinny frame without these vitamins working out and gaining weight was pointless for me I was getting anywere
 
IMO i think the most successful routines are the ones you enjoy doing the most. Seems that it makes you train harder that way
 
Ya rite on thanks for the info this may sound crazy but without the juice and ORALS my motivation for hitting the gym just wasn't there I don't know call it being lazy or what .but with the gear Im just way more motivated and rite into lifting weights and seeing good results helps too

Lol thats what happens when you go from being enhanced to natty, the fun just aint the same. Thats why I laugh when people say they're only going to do "1 cycle" and thats it haha
 
I really like the one body part per week type of split that @insaiyan93 mentioned and have noticed that I am able to generate really great intensity, hypertrophy, and pump with these workouts. Focusing on gradual volume increase in weights, sets, and reps has made some great gains on my physique and I believe to be a fundamental principle for adding muscle tissue. From time to time I like to keep I like to mix things up and will incorporate intensifying techniques such as drop sets, super sets, and pre exhaustion depending on how I am feeling. Different training styles such as FST-7 mentioned above have worked well for me in the past. Pick out some different routines that spark your interest and try it out. Process of elimination to see what works best for your body. Have fun with it!
 
Late nortons PHAT program has always worked really well for me and my goals. Ive been on it for 16 weeks now so my hints are getting beat to shit. Probably time for a change.

You can allways try something like P.H.U.L or some upper lower split where you train heavy on one of those days and light on the other,also there is westside
