What should I do?

Where are you located at-in the states? I mean I really don't fit the cheerleader type, but this is your health and your life. Call Swale make an appt and fly or drive there and get it done right and you will save $$ and time. He is the best.

Distance...Cost...Options...

Simply put, I can't afford to travel across the country to see Swale for TRT when it is still possible that good TRT can be had locally. I wish I could but it would probably cost me one to two thousand dollars total and I can't afford it.

I'm going to give my doctor some time to see what his approach is. I have yet to get his final take on my condition and if, or how, he plans to treat it. He's a good Endocrinologist I just don't know yet how good he is with male TRT, although some hints about his concern over my condition haven't been promising. I will find out, in a week or so, what he plans to do and if it doesn't work out I have a local backup Endo that was referred to me that I could go see if I need to.

Also, I have a pretty progressive, and young, PCP (a M.D.) who is a little unorthodox in some of his treatments as he performs acupuncture and some other Asian treatments for certain medical conditions. I hadn't thought about him until a few days ago and I think he may be open to newer approaches to TRT. Perhaps he wouldnt' mind consulting with Swale because he seems pretty open minded about medicine. He might be perfect.

Your PCP sounds like a good backup if the endo doesn't work out. I hope you get what you need bro! It's tough sometimes but stick it out. In the longrun you will prevail.

You shouldn't have too much trouble getting TRT prescribed to you. Your numbers are below the normal range, which, we all know, is not necessarily the optimal or healthy range. In my non-professional opinion, your bodyweight is not going to have a significant impact on your T production, and you shouldn't bring it into the equation, because it is not helpful at best, and at worst will confuse the issue. At your levels, why you need TRT is almost irrelevant. You need to be on TRT my friend.
