what significantly improved your kidney health markers?

I'm taking astragalus at 4g a day Dante (aka Doggcrapp) had some good results with some of his clients. I will find out when I get my bloodwork done in a few weeks if it's working. I'm also doing SS-31 because I heard it can help as well. Hopefully the HGH can help it a little too. My last test was a egfr of 62 6 months ago.

Is your egfr calculated with cystatin C or creatinine or both?

You can also try an SGLT-2 inhibitor like dapagliflozin.
Also an ARB like telmisartan. Or losartan, which lowers urea as well iirc.
Keto diets have done wonders too.

For me what works wonders is the Gluthanione subq injections, and the L-Glycine+NAC capsules (1200/1200 per day).

Oh and zero alcohol of course. And a good rest from orals.

I had great results using Pielotax. Its a oral bioregulator. I ordered the 60 pills and took 2 a day for 30 days. Lowered my cystatin C by 20 points in one month. Been 3 months and has held pretty well. Only raised 2 points and just got done with an 8 week var at 50mg a day.

Ok guys don't try it. I wouldn't want something to mess with your medications or have you waste money. Yeah I just randomly throw shit in my protocol and it must've been something else.

Are you still taking it?
Any further improvements to kidney markers?

Got my results, 51 egfr so astragalus did absolutely nothing for me. This was 4k mg a day, 2k twice a day for the past 6 months. I was taking creatine so that likely skewed my creatinine levels, but I'm stopping the astragalus because it didn't do shit for me. Next step is making a nephrologist appointment next week and hoping to get on jardiance. Maybe he'll give me a cyastatin c test. I am not carrying a ton of weight, I lost 30 pounds in those 6 months and I am leaner than I've ever been. I just can't get these kidneys straight

I was very disappointed in the Astagulus not working for me either, and I also mega dosed several different forms , But , A good kidney doctor should have no problem giving you a cystatin C test, and there’s no reason why they should not put you on jardiance , it’s very effective at this kind of thing and then you get the secondary benefit of the lowering of the A1c, which ironically enough has not happened for me yet lol, but I am only on 10 mg per day , I hope it works out for you.

thank you. My creatinine went from 1.45 to 1.66 this last test. But again I was taking creatine this time while last time I wasn't. I've also added a little more muscle mass, while losing around 30 pounds. I'm a very lean 205 right now so hopefully that is skewing the results as well. I know it's not a death sentence, but it's scary enough for me to start reevaluating my health. Low dose test, retatrutide, and maybe a few iu's of HGH is all I'll take from now on. I'll update the post after the appointment with the nephrologist

You need to dose it much higher. 12g preferably 8g at least

Make sure it’s a quality brand with 3rd party testing as well

Yeah probably but with the great things I'm reading about jardiance, I think I'd rather take that than keep on taking a supplement. If the supplement had helped at least a little, then maybe I'd keep trying it but since it didn't, I think I'm going the prescription route. They are obviously impaired, and I'd rather go ahead and get under. a doctors supervision.

I use both :)
