I suspect you mean OTC. I don't know that it helps my TRT experience but I take extra magnesium, B6 and D4. Sometimes I also take NAC. I also take a daily multivitamin.
I don't take protein supplements but many here would take some sort of protein supplement.
I don't use GH anymore but when I did I would max 2-4 IU a day and I also take metformin.
Shit, I forgot about fish oil. I take that daily as well.OTC- Creatine, fish oil, d3, b5, p5p, zinc, magnesium, calcium, taurine, NAC, TUDCA
Prescription- adex, cialis, finasteride, metformin

Multivitamin- D3-K - Animal Flex and Omega with my post workout greens elixir. Nordic naturals fish oil with 2-3 meals. Basically im running 3-5k of good fish oil a day+ hemp hearts and hemp granola in my oatmeal lol. Im well covered omega wise.
I'll also run a month or so of high potency turmeric when I change my cardio up just to help inflammation, especially running. Air-dyne don't really need it but as soon as I pound the pavement that gets added back in.
I'm a stickler for good blood panels. Using my protocol and diet has keep my cholesterol great and everything else within range. Slightly elevated creatinine that kidney specialist attributes to extra muscle mass and breakdown. 0.8 cystatin C and 110 GFR. The only thing I want above normal is my Test/Free test lol.
