what test dose do you use while cutting

really depends on the intensity of training and how low calories are below maintenance. But I tend to hang between 225 and 350 test, and i'm usually cutting from ~ 265 lbs down to 225. I'm currently right in the middle right now and running 300 test / 350 primo. However, if I were planning to cut down to say less than 8-10% bf, the calculus would be different. I'd run as little test as i can, prob as low as 175-200, and then fill in the rest with primo, mast, tren, etc.
 
This is gonna be individual specific. Knowing your body is very important at this point. I love all the poeple who say just do trt doses for cutting. Right, if you're a 250 lbs 5'9" man that's mostly muscle... I don't think so. Go ahead and use your 100mg of test a week and do your cut. Get back with me and let me know how much muscle mass you lost with that cut!
 
It depends. If you're a big old fatty at 30% bf, trt dose is great. If you're 15ish% and muscular, you'll need more to keep from losing lbm.

What are your stats?

And what kind of retarded question is that? If you (as in YOU) can't cut on 150mg of test, no dose will fix that.

Yes nobody needs anything other than normal / high normal test levels to cut bodyfat. I think where the nuance comes in is how much lean tissue are you holding beyond your genetic limit. You'll need some amount of PED's to hold onto that tissue while maintaining a calorie deficit for fat loss.
 
i recently used 300mg test, average 1300-1400kcsl daily deficit. but paired with 8 weeks of var which was great for cut.

That ratio of Primo to Test would crush my estrogen. What is your E2 at for this cut?
 
I like lower test and instead add some other anabolics as you get further towards the end. Maybe drop from 750 test to 250, but masteron will go up from 0 in offseason to 3-600 and tren will go to 150. I like to up the AI and masteron higher than test, because I don’t feel bad like that. Drop as much water as possible and look harder at the end. I also like the look Eq gives so I would add a little hypothetically, but I don’t since I work with a coach and that has not been the protocol.

Was 42 at about the same test / primo ratio but lower dosage (235 test / 285 primo). I'm a high converter. Now running 300 / 350 which is slightly higher percentage of test.

Well, I was around 180-280mg a week total of either Test and Primo or Deca and Test on this cut and lost 52lbs of fat and gained 23lb of FFM in ~8 months. So you don't need a bunch of gear to not lose muscle LOL

HRT levels are plenty to hold onto your lean mass. But if you have built mass with PEDs beyond your genetic limit you will need more than HRT levels to maintain that extra mass and stave off catabolism while cutting. But fat loss / recomping does not require high test / lots of gear.

And its individual specific like I said. Plus you were 2-3x the dose I mentioned.
 
max benefit ive found is somewhere around 300mg as 100kg lean guy cutting.

more is not harmful. but just not really useful. a deficit will always limits your gains.

do mind im using 8iu hgh so im retaining alot of muscle mass with that already. i would and are fine doing cruise phases of trt dosages while cutting
