do you recommend for a first time user and how much? Maybe between 8 or 10 weeks? I am also thinking of adding some EQ @ 450mg and Winni towards the last 5 weeks @ 100mg every other day.

what about post cycle? I read of people taking nolva from day 1 and others waiting 1 week after last shot.

For a first cycle I would do something like, 500 mg's of test...either enanthate or cyp...400 mg's of deca or eq...and an oral...winny or dbal...run the cycle for 10 weeks, take the orals every day, split into twice during the day, for 4-6 weeks. You can add a bunch of things, but for a first cycle, this one example is really good and basic.

I think you need to do some research on your own bro, you should already know what to do post cycle if you are considering steroids.
