Been on the gear for 7 years now. I always rotate ass/delt/bi/tri/peck/quad.
I have noticed that on my glutes/ass I have knotts of scar tissue in certain locations. I have tried proffessional massage therapy to massage out the knotts/scars but they still seem to be there. I did check and make sure that it is not abbcess of gear.

ANyone have any suggestions or remedies for this problem ?

That comes with the territory my friend...I am the same way, my delts and bis are knotted to hell and back...the only thing you can really do is massage the area alot and I have heard of lazer type surgery that will blast it away...otherwise what I do is..use a smaller needle to inject with...anything from a 25 gage to an insulin needle for the bis....a smaller needle will cut down on the amount of scar tissue, also, you may switch to injectables that have a longer half life so that you are only shooting once or twice a week. As far as the smaller needle goes, draw your fluid out of the bottle with a 21 or 22 gage needle and squirt it into the insulin syringe...I say this because there will be bros out there who will bitch that it takes too long to draw out your gear with a 25 gage or insulin syringe.

yah man, im with you on the scar tissue. It feels like you're injecting through sheets of paper sometimes, and it's gross.... hurts like hell sometimes too.

This is coming from the guy that photoshopped his photo to make him look bigger???

Ultrasound therapy, bro. It breaks up scar tissue in knotted muscles, and promotes healing. Your doctor should be able to prescribe and refer you to an appropriate rehab service to get the therapy. Works great.
