I'm debating on running Reta come next week.. I never ran any type of GLP but ran gear/cycles many times before.. so PEDs aren't new to me, even though Reta isn't a steroid. Question is what results can I expect from Reta if I plan on running it til the the begging of June?? I Only want honest feedback from those who actually ran or are running Reta not feedback from something u seen Youtube.. thankssss..

I have been taking tirz for about 5 mths . I was 6'3 305 . Started with 7.5 mg a wk. I am at 245 now 30mg a wk. But i have hit a wall for the last month i havent lost anything. I started working out about 2 mths ago. I cant say my energy level is way down. It was way down when i was 305. I dont eat much of anything i do drink protein shakes. I know that could be part of my problem. I dint have any side effects really. I want to get down to 225, But to do that Im going to have to do something different
30mg a week? Supposed max dosage is 15. I don't have any advice other than check with a board certified dr who does this daily.

I started at 2mg, titrated up every 4 weeks till I got to 8, where I am now. Paired with HGH with TRT and it totally recomp'd my body. I have a 6 pack now for the first time since I was heavy in MMA 20 years ago. The appetite suppression is ok, but tirz is better. I get about a 15 bpm HR increase which paired with HGH turns into a little more than that. I'm dropping down to 4mg this week to see if the heart rate sides go down, because I'm ready for maintenance dose now. I have heavily considered swapping back to tirz for my maintenance but we will see I guess. It's an amazing drug, and does some amazing things for people, but definitely start slow.

And IMO, the reason people are swearing by reta more is because it's the new kid on the block. And we are programmed to always want the latest and greatest. IF I had to do it over again, I'd have probably just went with Tirz. It's cheaper and effective. But I already have a pile of reta so that's why I stuck with it.
What are your TRT and HGH doses?

What have been the experiences of guys who have ramped up reta to say 8 mg or more per week to achieve the target body weight and then dropped to a lower maintenance dose? When you dropped to the maintenance dose did you get a big hunger rebound or experience any side effects? How do you find the optimal maintenance dose- tweak higher and lower until you achieve equilibrium at your goal weight? Most don’t completely stop reta, right?

I started tirz around March and was amazed at the food noise being completely gone, but it also made eating difficult as I had no appetite and felt full at a fraction of the portions I had eaten previously. My starting dose was 1.25mg/week and I titrated up every 4 weeks until I got to 5mg/week. Continued strength training in the gym and I was down 35 pounds and decided to try Reta so I transitioned last month and have been taking 1mg/week of it. I can eat more but still feel the reduction of food noise. I am upping my dose to 2mg this week and don’t plan on increasing my dosage too much more as I don’t have that much weight to lose. The side effects for both have been similar, mostly GI upset for me. I have heard of some finding success in stacking Reta with tirz, does anyone have experience with that?

I’m late to the party but I’ll chime in since I have experience with reta.

Started at 2mg in October. I had already cut from 355 to 270ish on TRT with dialed in training and calorie/macro tracking.

2mg, pinned 1mg tues/fri I didn’t feel anything but trusted that it was working in the background on insulin sensitivity etc, especially since I started GH around the same time.

Since then I’ve titrated up to 4mg split into 2 doses. At 4 I do experience less food noise- sensible portions can be hard to finish at times too.

I’ve seen the studies where fat loss benefits don’t have diminishing returns until over 8mg/week and couldn’t imagine going that high. I’m already only eating 1950-2150 cals per day with 220g protein.

This is just my shitty personal opinion but I think the ‘magic’ is just a replacement for discipline. If someone doesn’t train and doesn’t count calories and weigh their food they can just blast a GLP and malnourish their way to being a melted candle that fits in their jeans from high school.

I have had better and better bloodwork since starting but I attribute most of that to my trip into the teens bodyfat%. And I certainly don’t mind less cravings but my food intake is more scientific than emotional so I dunno.

Man o man, so many mixed reviews,.

First of all, I want to say thank you all for chiming in and giving your experiences/feedback. It is really appreciated .. But now I think I'm even more confused and with even more questions now. .lol. My goal is drop about 40lbs ish. From the sounds of it, it seems like Tirzepatide might be the better option for to help me reach my goal?. What would yall think is the better option to help me reach that goal faster? And another thing, can yall guide me to some solid sources?? If it's against the rules to tell me on this thread can yall DM me ?? I'm following a few pages and seen a few solid peptide companies like UTHER and WwB. Which are some solid labs yall recommend?? Lookin to order this weekend ..Thanks again ..

The key to dropping weight is discipline and counting cals & macros while keeping your training and cardio consistent and repeatable week after week. If you need help making it comfortable maybe tirz I haven’t tried it but it’s supposed to crush hunger. I’m on reta for the metabolic bennies but a touch of hunger noise (nothing dramatic) is not detrimental!
