What to stack on top of Tirzepatide for food noise?

I'm on Tirz 10mg, appetite suppresion is no longer enough tho, especially the "food noise" gets really bad. Like I could down large plates of lean meat and vegetables and then go the whole day fantasizing about food. the Tirz nuked my appetite and food drive at first but as I lost weight it came back (as expected).
I don't want to up the Tirz to 15mg because I think my GLP1 and GIP receptors are fully saturated or close to. because 5mg at first made a drastic difference, then going from 5mg to 10mg gave only a little extra appetite suppression, barely noticable.
So what else could I stack that suppresses appetite trough a different pathway? I was thinking either metformin (for leptin receptor agonism) or Cagrilintide? Anyone has any suggestions?

They don't saturate- thats broscience. The med is working exactly as it's supposed to. Clinical studies went all the way up to 25.

What is "food noise"?

The psychological drive to eat. The preoccupation with food that increases the further you go into a calorie deficit. The thing that causes your mouth to literally water when you're hungry and smell something good. "Appetite".

The opposite is 10 minutes after finishing Thanksgiving dinner, when the smell or sight of otherwise appetizing food makes your throat close up and you feel nauseated at the thought of eating another bite. And possibly actually throwing up if you do force yourself to eat more.

GLP-1 pushes your brain from the first state toward the second one.

This mechanism is controlled primarily by GLP being released when proteins, carbs, or fat enter the small intestine.

Bariatric surgery works to induce weight loss mainly by shrinking the stomach, sending food more quickly into the small intestines, releasing more GLP than would otherwise happen. Literally becoming a natural "GLP" shot every time someone eats.

could you use something like Cagrilintide at a low dose to try to help with the food noise issue? I often see it paired with sema but I'd think it would work with Tirz, i see very low dose being said to help.

Yeah, most of that is the addictive response to opioid peptides derived from wheat and dairy products along with specific beta carbolines that interfere with dopamine reuptake in a fashion not dissimilar to cocaine.

No one reacts that way to say, strawberries or apples.

There is a reason pizza parlors vent their ovens on to the street.

I avoid all of these kinds of foods and flavor enhancers that contain them. I hope Reta has benefits beyond interacting with this addictive drive.

Personally, I'm not eating anything on Reta because the nausea and heartburn is unbearable. I've never experienced that in my normal course of eating.

well it depends by the person. Now I litterally find myself salivating and anxiously waiting while waiting for plain chicken breast and carrots to cook.
I've always had a crazy high food drive. Tirz reduced it, after loosing weight tho it came back.
I'm trying to eliminate fruit, parmesan and rice now because even those triggers my appetite like crazy, because it tastes "too good"
