Hello everyone. I'm a new member and was hoping for some advice about a good over-the-counter "SERM-like" stack that can maximize the output of the HPA. I hope this is an appropriate sub-thread to ask this question, if not let me know and I'll be glad to move it. I have some ideas already, but would love additional input. I was a VERY good responder to the PhytoSERM347 product that I can't seem to find anymore. I don't know if the vendor closed down or moved to another site or what, but I was thinking I could recreate a stack that works almost as good. For some added context I'm 29 and eat pretty clean. Mostly red meat, oysters, eggs, and veggies with some milk on occasion. I don't like ketogenic diets but I'm not a "carb loader" either. I seem to do best with my carbohydrate intake around 130-160 grams. Most of my carbs are either toast, ice cream, or coke. My activity level is kinda meh right now. I do pushups and dumbbell squats 3x a week. But I could probably use an upgrade in the cardio department. Maximizing hypertrophy has never been a goal of mine I just want at the bare minimum to maintain my current physicue into my 30s and if possible shed a lttile bit of fat (5-8 lbs).
My MAJOR issue is, and this is kinda embarssing, but I use to be addicted to porn badly. Well I can't even say use to, I've been nofap for about 6 days now. I was actually able to stop chronically masturbating several months ago, and was only doing it like 3-4 times a week. But I made the decsion to stop cold turkey recently and I don't want to do it at all anymore. I started noticing a lot of weird symptoms besides the usual sexual dysfunction (which I had as well, and still do). I would get gassed too easily when doing my workouts, sleep would be up and down, skin acne, and some other werid shit like 'low-grade' hyperventalation. Not sure how to describe it other then that. It would feel like I had asthma or something and couldn't catch a deep breath. Anyways 4 days into my cold trukey nofap, I started notcing a lot of these symptoms subsiding. My guess is it had something to do with my prolactin levels being chronically high. And from the research I've done it seems prolactin not only lowers dopamine but also increases GABA. So this may be where some of the lethargic type behavior was coming from idk.
On my journey of abstenance I was thinking I would help my relavitevly clean and low-processed diet out by using a stack to maximinize my HPA output. As I said, I've used PhytoSERM in the past with good success. But I can't find it anymore. I figured I would use Inhibit-E and Inhibit-P to minimize estrogen & prolactin, to prevent either of these interfering with gonadotropin output. I know how I respond to these two products because I've used them in the past and consider them good for me. I was thinking I would also add Shilajit Paste, DAA, Tribulus, and Taurine as well because they've all been shown in either humans or animals to increase the output of LH and FSH. I was maybe considering Boron as well but I don't know. But I would love some outside input, perhaps someone out here has used a similar stack or know a better one.
