Let me just say for the record. I am really not flaming, nor am I trying to flame anyone. I don't flame. I am going to offer MHO in the same way I do for everyone. I am not a god of AAS. But I would like to offer what I do know to you and others. Hence the posting on bords, lol. Please don't take this as a negitive post, it's not. I am going to question you on everything. In hopes of getting you to see what is importaint. I am more than willing you help you any way I can, so is everyone on this board. The hard part is knowing that AAS is rarely the answer. And that sometimes we have to dig deeper than we are comfortable doing to reach the facts, not truths. Truths can be bent and twisted to resemble anything we want. Some believe that it's the truth that AAS will kill you the moment it comes into contact with you and that it's the root of all evil. But that is not fact!!! Fact is, many people don't know fact from truth. So, please bear with me as I pick apart your post. I only hope you respond to this and not take it as a flame.

AAS doesn't give you anything but a messed up hormone profile. Your diet and training provide the stimulis for growth or loss. If you have some size and no definition, then your diet is most likely the culprit, as well as poor training habits. If you gain 8 lbs on creatine, then you can grow and cut without AAS. Do you ever get really bad muscle cramps? You could be dehydrated... I MIGHT, gain .5 lb when I use creatine. And I do feel that it works for me quite well.

Thats not a cycle. Thats a sign you lack the proper knowledge in how not to go about hurting yourself. Take the advice of the others. Stay away from AAS for atleast 3 years. Since you not wanting to be 285 lbs, you really have no need for AAS at all. Food is cheaper and no need to go to jail. Well, that is unless your like me. I was once kicked out of an "all you can eat" chinese place. I had to be led away from the place in handcuffs... One of my finer moments...
