Hi guys,
I'm in my mid 30's, athletic/fit. No AAS experience. Goals are keepable gains in strength and lean body mass, low sides. Clean diet, strength and HIIT training for several years. I prefer to keep things moderate yet want to see some keepable results.
Weeks 1-12 400mg Primo split into 2 shots (best injection method?)
Weeks 1-12 250 mg Test e split into 2 shots (sub q)
Weeks 1-12 .25-.5mg arimidex eod
PCT 3 weeks after last pin:
20mg nolva per day for 6 wks
20mg aromasin per day for 4 wks
1000mg vit e and c per day 3 wks
OPTION 2:
Weeks 1-12 400mg test e split into 2 shots (sub q)
Weeks 6-12 40-60 mg var daily
Weeks 1-12 .25-.5mg arimidex eod
PCT 3 weeks after last pin:
