Well I ordered the ones above before I posted. So is it a total no go on these since they are considered to be a pre-filter?
I see one end has the ability to screw onto the barrel, but the other end doesnt look like it has a way to put the needle on it by screwing. Or does it? Do you need a different needle then the regular ones you use for pinning?

Nylon works. Get pvdf or ptfe next time thoughIs nylon ok for filtering. The Nalgene nylon sterile filter I bought.
