Whats a good helper for getting shredded

I wanna get shredded, dont want to gain alot of weight though. What would be a good helper to get the results i seek. Ive done a cycle of decca, and a cycle of winnie orals. The decca didnt really do much for me, and the winnie made me look all puffy in the face. Some boys at the gym said to do sustanon, or trenbolone acetate, or maybe winnie injectables. Any help or suggestions would be great.
 
All in all, you've got a lot to learn. I wouldn't advise anything for you, quite frankly, until you've put in a good amount of time researching this shit.

Judging from the post, your knowledge of AAS is pitifully minimal. On top of that, I'd bet that you haven't been seriously training all that long and are probably pretty much undersized.

If you're not well over 200lbs, then I'd say to put the kibosh on any AAS usage. Of course, if you're only 5'6" then 200lbs would be a good starting point.
 
Actually ive been lifting for about 5 years. Ive tried to do it the right way eating protein, watching what i eat, cardio, creatine. Iam 5'9" and 190lbs. So its not like ive just started training last week, and thought hey why not juice up.
 
Not a bad set of stats. However, to answer the question "why not juice up?", it's because they ain't candy. AAS is a much more complicated field than you would think.

What would you do if you started getting gyno? How are you going to get your nuts back on-line? How do you limit water retention? What's a good dosage of test/wk? How many times a week do you inject enanthate? How about suspesion? What about propionate? What's trenbolone acetate? Who's a good source to get legit shit from and how much is a good price to pay so you're not taking it in the ass?

Do you see my point? This is much more complicated than simply shooting some shit in your ass, as you noticed with the deca and winny experiment. Honestly, it sounds as if your winny was probably dbol since you should not experience moon face with winny.

Stick around for a few months and get the hang of things. Get to know things and then think about the sauce. Spend an especially large amount of time asking questions in the training and nutrition sections.

The trainining section is the finest on the 'net and the nutrition section is now being frequeted by Lyle McDonald. You won't get any better information elsewhere.
