Ok, I just started working out again after 6 months of no training.....In july, i was in great shape at 215lbs and very low bodyfat..(Im 34 years old and 5ft11....).enough that i had a 6 pack....when i stopped working out, i lost all my size and got skinny...I started training about 2 weeks ago and started gear about a week ago....Im running naps at 40mg/day 750mg karachi sust/week and 500mg eq/week....after a week, Im actually getting a flabby stomach...I have no idea why its getting so flabby...Ive also started taking 3 protein shakes a day so maybe thats contributing but i am using skim milk....Im thinking that because I just started the cardio again and only do it 3x/week, my body is being shocked and maybe metabolism slowed down...Can anyone help me out???? Ive been traing 15 years and using gear 10 so i pretty much know my shit but it sucks getting old cause I never had a fat stomach...

Well maybe it's high water retention making you appear fat. Test encourages fat storage. Maybe it's cause you metabolism has slown down from not working out and now your training more and eating more. Your body is prolly making more cortisol also than when you've been training for a while. It's more likely a combo of all the above.

Milk has a tendency to smooth people out; not make them fat, but take away any vascularity. Also, be sure you are running an anti-e, as estrogen will also help with fat storage and water retention.

Wow.. Did no one notice that this guy is using test and eq after only working out for one week????

First things first.... Test does NOT promote fat storage.. It's actually the exact opposite.. High test will cause water retention... WRT to taking an anti-e. You can do that.. but I do not recommend using an anti-e for the purpose of a diurhetic.. Use a diuretic for losing water.. Your body needs some estrogen to build muscle and maintain general health.. Having too little is bad for you.. Now, If you have too much, you can start getting sides.. like gyno (bitch tit)... And yes.. some fat storage...But if you are on a fairly low dose of test (around 500mg weekly) and no other androgens are present, I would avoid the Anti-e unless you are pron to gyno and start showing sides (ergo puffy itchy nipples)...

I see that you are doing a pretty heavy cycle.. EQ Test and Napps, That is way too heavy for someone who has only had a few workouts in Six months. WIth the kind of cycle you are on.. you probably do need an anti-e.... You shouldn't be on cycle at all... And if you were going to be on cycle..you need to start with a beginners cycle.. something aroun 500mg test a week maybe a little eq or some deca.. AND that is only after you've gotten back in shape.

That being said... You need stop taking steroids right now. You need to get back in shape before you start using them.. you are risking injury by using test now.. NOT only that... You're being Lazy. You want instant gratification, and you don't want to spend the time necessary to build up to your natural genetic potential... Steroids are to be used to get Passed your genetic limits.. not to get you to them...

Get on a good caloric/protein/carb diet and get on a good training program.. You don't need steroids, you need patience and discipline.

Oh and one more thing... People place too much emphasis on those damn protein shakes... You need to look closer at your diet.. Eat more Fish, Chicken and beef.. Eat a lot of Veggies like Broccoli and Carrots and mixed veggies.. Eat good carbs like sweet potatoes and long grain rice.. Save the protein shakes for maybe post workout or before bed.. Eat 4 good meals a day.. workout right, and you'll grow just fine...

Good post Phreezer.

I saw the "only been back in the gym for a week," but decided to ignore it. Im already at my quota for the week for yelling at people doing dumb things. :D

I also say amen to Phreezers post. I have been in the iron game for 30 yrs. That's right, I' m a F.O.G., fuckin old guy. 47 to be exact. But I'll tell ya what. I've squatted 505 and benched 325 all before using the juice. And i've also taken a few months off at a time and I agree you should push to your natural limit before you even think about juicing. And diet is supreme! Too many newbies and also some intermediates get caught up in the supplement game.

1 or 2 g of protien/lb of bodywgt and plenty of good carbs and you'll be good to go. Remember supplements are just that, SUPPLEMENTS! Supplement to a good DIET. Good Luck.
