deca is what you need, I also take motrin I got the 800mg tabs, the Marine corps used to give it to me like candy, I pop about 1600mg day sometimes more

Maybe an OTC joint formula. Also try and drink at least a gallon of water/day. I'm not to big on pain relievers. They sometimes have a tendency to 'mask' a possible injury and could cause more harm than good.

also chondroitin and glucosamine 1500mg.1200mg

celebrex or viaox (sp)....ive have taken them both for joint pain.as for otc...liek esco said glucosamine works well it just takes a little time.

If it's cartilage-related problems in the knees (likely), the adequan is the ultimate. It'll actually stimulate regrowth of menisci. All the other stuff mentioned only reduce inflammation to varying degrees.

Vet grade...human grade....there is no difference really. It's sterile either way. Check your PMs

joint pain

i have had 2 knee surgeries and have had knee drained 4 times-so i feel ya bros. the ortho surgeon told me that due to my first injury which required surgery being @ such a young age (14-from wrestling) that my body has tried to over compensate by over producing synoval fluid(knee lube)...which causes mine to swell and my body can't reabsorb it like it should--which leads to the "drain" :(

so for me the glucosamine & chondroin isn't the best cuz they are suppose to increase cartilage strength, but also synovail fluid--the increse in most ppl is good, but for me means i have to get it drained quicker....i tried it, got knee drained took it for 2weeks and knee was ready to be drained again which normally tooks 6+months to swell up close to need draining....

i currently take MSM(methylsulfonylmethane) 1500mg-twice a day

since i've been taking it for a little over a year now...haven't had to get it drained :D . occasionaly will have some discomfort still, but usually from my stupidy-overtraining.

hope this helps
