1. More and more dudes are lifting and more and more are juicing. If you really want to stand out with your physique it’s gonna take pretty substantial effort. Then again, if you stand out too much that can be detrimental in ways too.
2. You’ll likely have some face bloat on cycle
3. You’ll look way smaller off cycle even if you retain some tissue that you gained from the cycle, to where any tissue gains you “keep” are essentially futile…and once you realize that you’ll hop back on shortly thereafter
4. If you’re not pushing yourself to failure repeatedly when you go to the gym you’re wasting your time and will make no progress.
5. Like someone else said, deadlifts and other heavy lifts can really keep mofos from killing themselves.
6. Eventually you’ll judge other people in your life for being out of shape, especially family members, and this will make for some irreconcilable differences
