Fancy shmancy. I stick a barbell in the corner and sit a heavy dumbbell on it lol.Is that bar bolted to the side of that rack?
Looks like a very nice gym.
awesome. i didn't think of using that. I've been using my hands.T-bar rows
I Use this on it
I always try to keep my wrists in a neutral position on every exercise, especially seated rows of anything like that. Keeps my tendonitis from acting up usually. if u don't have that problem id say it doesn't matter how u hold it. might prevent it though if u use that attachmentawesome. i didn't think of using that. @Seven Dog that black part is bolted, and the bar fits inside it. It's my local YMCA. real clean, kinda small, but they never complain about noise
no, that's perfect. My left wrist is real bad. it's hard for me to curl over 30 lbs supinated. I have to do hammers or at least tweak my wrist a bit. I can't do BB curls with any amount of weight because my wrist doesn't turn that farI always try to keep my wrists in a neutral position on every exercise, especially seated rows of anything like that. unfortunately, my gym is super cramped so right outside this pic is an elliptical machine that constantly has some slob on it for the entire duration of my workouts (most of the time)... so I rarely get to use it. got to yesterday, though, and I love it. can really pile up the weight on it.Tbar row attachment that bolts to the floor
My gym just got one of these a few weeks ago. I have been unable to usr.it due to shoulder pain, but there are a number of different pulls you can do along with pushes
