What’s the point in running more than 200mgs of test on a cycle?

For a newb starting 450 test - no gear previously - besides routine blood work, 1) what subjective markers are you looking at? 2) Are you pinning every day to keep levels somewhat stable? Thanks, bro

I'm by no means a proffesional lol.
But at that range of T, I'll check bloods for e2 around week 4 and dial in AI accordingly.
Monitor BP throughout, some guys get hit hard by HCT and get some elevated pressure.

As for pinning, depends on the ester.
I run Undecoanate for TRT, which I pin twice a week.
On blast, I add Cyp, which I also pin twice a week, i havnt gotten around to ED pinning for stabilizing e2 (The Anabolic doc SWEARS by this method) since in TRT I dont need AI... and no matter what I do in 500T now, i need AI.. so i kinda just take my AI and call it a day
 
Agreed. I think the best sheer size/growth compounds are:
Test
Nandrolone
Anadrol
Dbol

I agree for me to put on size best combo is test/Deca. Diet will be the deciding factor if it’s lean gains or just mass gains. Tren has its place I use it to break plateaus for 4 maybe 6 weeks at 50mg EOD. But I feel I have looked my absolute best on test/primo and not crazy doses either test 300mg primo 400mg. I have never tried anadrol, but have used dbol makes me strong as hell but water weight like crazy. With my age creeping up I stay away from orals they seem to trash my lipids.

Yes, diet is the most overlooked factor. A test/primo combo provides a nice quality look - full round muscle. Not the freaky Tren look. There is a place for that too but only for limited runs during the year.

They do the same to me, but I'm still a huge fan of anavar. I just avoid all of the other shit. I still can't use anavar any higher than 50mg a day max, but I love it even at 25mg daily. If it was safe and didn't give me anxiety and nosebleeds at high dosages, I'd run it as my primary compound when blasting.

Just so I'm clear, you're saying you've also heard pinning ED is best to keep levels in check? I noticed even on this forum, the SUS250 article author recommends splitting that into three times a week.

Jeeze you guys why the need to over complicate something so simple. Long ester gear is fine dosing once per week. You will notice ZERO difference pinning it eod, ed or once /twice per week.

In like 95%+ of people.youre completely right.
Only reason to fuck with pinning schedule that much is if you need to take a bunch of AI on TRT.

The Anabolic Doc does a video on it... and he knows his shit.
He doesnt prescribe a single dose of AI for his TRT patients, if someone has high e2, he plays with pinning schedule and brings it down that way.
I'll see if I can find that video later, makes lot of sense.

Did this guy just imply that lower levels of testosterone/anabolic hormones builds more muscle than higher levels of testoserone/anabolic hormones?
 
The only reason I see doing would be if you dont respond to test well or have undesirable side effects. First of all the drugs work. Test is bioidentical hormone which converts to dht and e2 which you need for many different functions. I mean it depends on your goals. The big and strong guys use lots of test. You will never see a big and or strong dood that doesnt use a lot. Some of the best strength athletes and bb all use high test on cycle but if your just trying to look good then what you do will work. I mean i have heard people using nandrolone as a base because its far less androgenic and still converts e2. Ive even heard of people using boldenone that would kill me though.
 
Well you guys were right all along. The past few weeks with 80 test and 150 tren I’ve noticed:
- Bloating/water retention
- Lethargy
- Urges to cry for little shit
- Oversleeping
- Acne
- BP high
- Feel weak as shit in the gym with no progress despite eating in a surplus
- heart palpitations
- headaches

So of course with all of this being mentioned the first thought that came to mind was that perhaps my e2 is high since I am looking much fatter than I did just a week before lowering test. Bloating and lethargy along with acne all lead me to confidently believe it was high estradiol and that I am super sensitive to test.

Went and got my blood pulled amidst experiencing these symptoms and to my surprise, Total testosterone was at 99 ng/dL with my estradiol being at 20pg/ml. SHBG almost non existent at 2.

So it was actually low estrogen and low test which contributed to this mess.

I am just glad to know that test wasn’t the enemy all along. Will restart with just
350 test e
500 Mast
Maybe 400 NPP depending on whether it will fuck with my head like tren did. But I won’t be running tren ever again as even at 400 mgs with low test just made me fat but vascular and angry. I have aromasin on hand in case, but I doubt estrogen will be a problem.
Bloating and water retention? That doesn’t even make sense with what you posted. Stop trying random combinations of random compounds. Just stick to 400-500 test to supplement your diet and training (you know the shit that really matters).
ive ran high test, low test, no test with just about every compound in varying dosages and you know what happened? I grew or I lost fat depending on where my calories were at. Certain drugs made me feel worse as did certain combinations, but all in all as long as you’re not completely retarded the drug choices don’t make that much of a difference. Some will make you gain weight and look bigger faster but that’s not tissue. There’s only so much tissue you can build at a time no matter what you take or how much. Stop over thinking the shit that doesn’t matter. Yes you can grow on low test higher other compound, you might not feel the greatest but it’s been done. Test can be one of the easiest to control the sides for most men. I don’t ask for stats or history because I assume most people are lying anyway because almost everyone is a monster who’s shredded with competitive level strength on the internet and it’s rare to find anybody under 200lbs who isn’t shredded. E stats don’t matter.
