"Vogue" by Madonna is set on repeat on my cd player in my gym.

I alternate workouts between Vogue and the Macarena. Usually the Macarena is saved for real heavy workouts where Im pushing 3 reps or less.

On the weekends when I box, I like to spar to Culture Club's "Do you really want to hurt me" and mime the words to my sparring partner

Well personally my shredded muscle bimbos, I only have time for a live performance in the gym, as well as live music. I have 5 training partners(who double as "life partners") -

Big Louis
Chipolata Sausage
Grizzly silver back
Hoggatha
and of course (seven inches)Thick(and uncut)

On max days I need 2 spotters in the power rack,as injuries are very real bicep curling inside "the zone", especially from other weightlifters.. my other 3 special friends play an acoustic set for me with Grizzly on Sitar, Chipolata on bongos and Big Louis on the triangle.
On higher rep "pump and burn" days for example when I pump up in pre clubbing preparation, I have only Thick spot me and Hogg (all eye candy and no substance) goes on air guitar.
