What's the significance of this?

Been reading some of the steroid clycles on the steroids.com website and noticed that they're all accompanied by the supplementation of vit B6 @ 200 mg/day for the duration of the cycle. Could anyone tell me the significance of this and what it does? Thanks.
Also, thanks to all those bros who have answered my previous questions.

First, it's much more likely 200mcg's per day are added.

B6 is a water soluble vitamin so taking it every day is normal. It's also known as pyridoxine. The reason many bodybuilders/athletes take it is because it's felt it increases appetite. So it's included it in a bulking cycle. It's almost never included in a cutting cycle. It's debatable as to how much it helps increase appetite, some swear by it, some swear it does nothing. Personally, I never felt much of a noticable effect, even injecting at 1,000mcg's/day for sustained periods. It's scientifically recognized benefits are helping the brain to function and assisting in converting protein to energy.

Thanx MaxRep, that was helpful info. Also, if that pic is of you, then it's very impressive, you're fricking awesome bro. You certainly have a lot of cred having reached that standard, I'll be listening to eveything you say in the future.

Thank you and yes the pic is from one of my contests. However, whatever the physique a person attains, their credibility stands alone. Most great coaches were mediocre players.

Having said that, the reason I use a picture of myself is to show that I've walked the walk. And that does perhaps enhance my credibility a little bit.

Best regards,
