Hey everyone,

I wanted to introduce myself as a new member. I’m a 28 y/o grad student. I have always been really physically fit until my senior year in college when I put on 30 unhealthy lbs. After a few years of being a lazy fatass, I decided to hit the gym and go on a paleo diet. I lost 30 lbs in 3 months and slimmed down to my natural weight of about 190lbs.

Recently I decided to take my fitness to the next level. Been hitting the gym crazy hard lately. Currently 6’ 195lbs. A few weeks ago I was doing research and found the Meso forum. I have found Meso to be very informative and helpful and so I decided to sign up. What up!
 
Welcome to meso SwoleGinger, good job loosing the 30lbs.
Stick around and read up, lotta good info here and a great bunch of of guys. This is a no BS forum so if you have some questions youll get strait up answers.
 
Thanks guys! Since this is an intro, I will add one more thing.

I hope to contribute useful information to the forum. I'm pretty knowledgeable about weighligfting and I have had some great results in the past.

For example, the summer after my junior year in high school I was 6'0 160lbs. I decided to workout with my buddy who also does body building competitions. By the end of summer, 3 months later, I was 205 lbs. I put on 45 lbs of pure muscle in 3 months. Everyone on the football team thought I was roided out of my mind. But I wasn't.

All I did was have a great workout regiment, eat ungodly amounts of food (literally 10 eggs for breakfast) and took a bit of cell tech (remember when cell tech was the shit?)

I've also lost weight really fast as well. 30 lbs in 3 months.

Everyone on this forum seems really knowledge, but hopefully I can actually contribute something as well!
