Hey Meso, glad to be here.

I’ve been lurking around for a few weeks and am trying to soak up as much as possible. I’m 23 years old, been lifting for nearly 9 years and I’ve slowly learned my body and what it needs to get stronger, in the gym and out. I’m much more of a power lifter (genetics-wise and personal preference). My best lifts are 385 bench, 475 squat, 555 deadlift at 5’11 and 220/225 probably mid 20’s body fat.

I was 265 at like 5’9 all the way up until senior year of high school, I was extremely obese and always ate more to keep that on, despite the football and gym life. After I realized I wasn’t going anywhere for college football I decided to say fuck it and get abs. It took me 4 months, I knew nothing about macros or calories I just knew logically that I had to eat less to lose weight so I added a mile run after every workout and cut probably 3/4 of my diet now. I maintained 190 pounds for about a year and then slowly got into the knowledge of proper diets and lifting regimens, and have been 220/225 for the last 3 years (except for the last 2-3 months where I look like a greasy fucking butterball)

This past semester I stopped worrying about my diet and cardio and gained 20 pounds so I’m a fucking butterball right now and am doing a solid cut to 210-215. I’ve always been a huge advocate for staying natural and always said I would wait until I hit a lean 405 bench (I’ve gotten it three times but my mind always fucks with me and my ass shoots up as soon as I go above 385). However, as time goes by the more and more I want to just pick up the entire fucking gym and look good while doing it, so I’ve been starting to read a ton of articles (scientific and anecdotal) to see what would be best for me. I’m taking my time and making sure I don’t rush into anything, with my strength goals I know it’s possible for them to take a decade or more so I want to be smart about it. Going to be getting blood work done next week through the privatemd suggestions I’ve read in other parts of the forum.

Feel free to ask me any questions, I’m happy to be here and appreciate the knowledge, humor and level of thoroughness on the site.
 
All they do here is tell everyone to run 500mgs of test/week wether you a powerlifter or a boxer. The same chit to everybody:rolleyes:

If you want to cut they will tell you to run 500mgs

If you want to bulk 500mgs

If you want to clean bulk 500mgs

If you want to dirty bulk 500mgs

If you want better libido 500mgs

If you a basketball player 500mgs

If you are overweight 500mgs

If you are underweight 500mgs

If you suffer ED 500mgs

If you want to put on 15 pounds 500mgs

If you want to put on 30 pounds 500mgs
 
Couldn’t find a good back shot but this is usually what I walk around as 220/225, and like I said I’m around 20 pounds above this at the moment.

Yeah I’ve noticed that for your first cycle, what I meant was that I want to know before I start, where I might be in 5 years, what cycles I might be running and the consequences

Consequences are dose dependant and the varies by the compound you run. From hair loss, to erectile dysfunction, to fat increase, to acne, heart enlargement, high cholesterol, .... the list goes on and on

It all depends on how far your goals are, the risk you are will to take and how many fucks you give.

If I want 30 pounds of lean muscle I do 4 weeks of anadrol at 50 and Deca at 300mgs along 100mgs of test from start to week 6. 30 pounds on 6 weeks with minimal side effects

F#ck the 500mgs of water and the 12 week ball shrinking cycles. Bunch of crackheads here

No doubt, I just want to do my research and be knowledgable. Blood work, Ai’s, pct protocols, hcg, etc,.
 
Ok I see you are not natty... But that's cool take it as a compliment. What are your goals?

Can’t tell if serious...but my first goals are a clean 455 bench, 545 squat and a 600+ deadlift, then will go from there. Physique goals are just to be able to eat and train at 15 % bf give or take

If you are natty someone been spiking your protein shake with Adrol.

You have a great physique already. Anything will get you there.
