That's cool man, how old are you, what are your stats and what are you looking to do?
I'm 38 yrs old and have been lifting since mid teens. I'm 6 ft / 220 lbs. I was planning on doing my 1st cycle this summer but it's been a rough year as far as injuries. Shoulder, elbow and lower back. Lower back pain is going down my leg and PT doesn't seem to be helping much, MRI on Monday. So my plan now is to lighten up the weights, ramp up the cardio, and loose about 15 lbs. Maybe I'll be ready this winter for my 1st. I was thinking dbol/test e/ deca.
The reason I was thinking deca was for the possible joint help. Am I wrong? Thanks for the info though.
