Been reading forums for a while and decided I should finally join, and try and get a little more involved and maybe share my exsperiences and get a little more educated.. We'll I'm 22 years old, been training since about 17-18, I absolutely love exercise and sculpting my body and seeing results! I am recently getting back in training after I suffered from a abdominal stabbing. So I was not able to work legs or abs and decided I should just take time off,, but anyways I'm back in the gym since 2 months ago I'm 6'0 180lbs.. It's been the best feeling to be back in the gym, looking to get an edge in the gym and get back where I left off.. I'm a very exsperienced weight lifter and would love if someone reached out and helped with advise. I'm getting no where with asking as most of you are so damn hostile .. Anyways I'm open ears, and always will take the time to talk about my personal exsperience with bodybuilding, sups , cycles etc...sorry If I did something wrong with the forum, haven't read any rules yet
