whats wrong with these fat fucks?

I don't think they even have free bars. Just Smith machines. I don't know how that is even a gym chain. Probably started off with good intentions and someone corrupt came a long and started cashing in on obesity.
Yes that's true but there's a few that were once World Gyms and some of the bars were kept. There's one a few miles from my place that has 2 benches (with plenty of plates), a squat rack, a squat machine and 2 old-style leg presses. DB's go to 80. Not too shabby as it was my main gym while I was unemployed as it was cheap.

I was able to deadlift there too (brought my own crash pads)..no fucks were given at that place as long as I kept noise down.

LOL definitely truth. I worked out at one a few miles from me as I was a guest of my niece one time and she got a kick out of me trolling the place haha. She called me Uncle Crazy muhahahaha!

I went one time when I was out of town and felt like I was in a damn episode of Barney with those purple machines. I was even looking around at all the crazy shit like a little kid on Christmas. "No Gymtimidation". What the fuck....

I was already skeptical because I had heard people joke about the buzzers and then I actually went and found out nobody knew what the fuck a barbell was. At least it was a college town so I could say I only stayed for the eye candy:D

It's a fuckin beautiful system. They target people who don't really wanna workout, but the membership is cheap enough to entice them to buy it, who can't afford 10 a month right?

They buy their membership, show up once a month for pizza night, and never use the equipment. Keeps maintenance down, but they never cancel their memberships.

Beautiful

I remember I was working out at a 24hr gym and there was only 3 people in there. Me, an old guy and his son. I was doing Shrugs and Lateral Raises. The old guy was sitting behind me saying "yeah those muscles on the neck don't do anything, they just make ya look bigger than you actually are" he kept saying that last part over and over to his son. "Make you look bigger than you actually are" I was wearing a stringer, not some baggy shirt that could actually have made me look bigger. I turned around asked how my muscles can possibly look and larger than they actually are...: he didn't respond.

Bro, you should've shoved his dad's head up his arse. And said "yeah that head up your arse doesn't do anything, it just makes you look gayer than you are"

Don't hold back, let the trenbolone do the talking o_O

I will say well developed trapezius and deltoid muscles give off a more "powerful" masculine look.

Nobody respek a pencil neck.

These days I've noticed looking at people I meet wondering or rather not wondering how easily they must get neck injuries, they have such little head support.

My neck is around 18" which gives me no taper below the head, I haven't intentionally trained for that, but I think that's a good look. Should help in a car accident too, I'd think. Definitely helps my tailor.

I think it's more of people lifting light ass weight with improper form and throwing it on the ground trying to act like it's heavy. Or flexing and sizing people up when theyre just fat. If someone is actually lifting a respectable amount of weight people don't really have a problem with slamming or grunting.

Yeah, there's a skinny and short Korean at my gym who does great flat bench DB work with 70s and 80s - clean proper form for decent reps - I'm impressed with that, he must be around 140lbs himself.

Maybe they'd like to look like you. Some people may see you look a certain way, then see what routine you are running in the gym. I wouldn't take it as a negative. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what some random guy in the gym thinks. Just out of curiosity, are you running tren right now?

This is great advice in general, whether the person is fat, skinny, bigger or smaller than you.

On a somewhat separate note, one thing I decided I never want to be is the fat, washed up looking steroid head. Arms are "big" but just look fat. Overall, looking like shit with the weathered, red face.

Also makes us prone to sleep apnea.

I read somewhere , and I may be off, but anything over 17 inch neck and chance of sleep apnea is almost a given.

The 17" number is quoted in the article linked below, but in the context of fat fucks. The connection btw sleep apnea and neck size is suggested in the context of excess fat in the neck, as well as an overly large stomach, both combining to restrict breathing.

IOW, doesn't appear to apply to those of us with thicker neck muscles.

What a Big Neck You Have! How Neck Size Contributes to Snoring, Apnea

Recently I was told my neck begins at my forehead, traps are one of the muscles you cannot ignore even if you wear a shirt, an extra sized t-shirt or even a jacket... and yeah they do a lot actually, they prevent you from being a cunt using a bar pad when you squat.

I personally stand up with DBs when doing bench press and just rerack them when doing shrugs if I do them anyway which I really don't

Hmmm....I can't get up again with 132's, so try to drop them quietly. Do shrugs with the same weights or a bit heavier until my grip fails, which means there's no chance of making it back to the rack. Perhaps I need to do more crunches so I can stand up?

No clue I never do abs and can stand up easily with 155 (heaviest in our gym) not like you use your abs that much it's more explosiveness through your legs I think never really put much thought into it just jump like a ninja

As long as they're not rude with it, they're probably doing it because they like your physique.

I used to get worked up with people staring at me, or looking my way but fuck man I did the same thing when I first started training. It was motivation for me.

Full circle.

I'll try to stand up next time. I pretty much go to failure on every set though, and would rather expend the energies on one last rep than getting up quietly.

Hay let them stare.....ima peacock I gotta let my colors fly haha. But seriously I see newer guys look when I'm doin an unusual lift then next time I see them they're doin that same lift I take it as a compliment. Hopefully they're staring for a good reason like I lost 17pds & counting ;)
