For all the ppl that compete out there, do you change anything at 2 weeks out like drugs/training/calories/macros? How do you go to a show and feel ok? I'm definitely not anywhere near competition level but I'm going to an event/photo shoot overseas in 15 days that I've been physically preparing for and need to be somewhat with it mentally. Looks wise I'm shredded but mentally also shredded. I'm looking for ideas on what adjustments to make but to not in turn ruin the physique. I'm angry, tired and hungry, not sure if it's the tren or the deficit or both. I know the time constraint makes this difficult, I would've dropped to trt/maintenance a month ago but I got carried away with my cycle. I'd like to continue the some fat loss into the next two weeks. Here's my current shit, if it matters:
Pinned ED weekly total- 400 testE , 400 primo, 100trenA. -Plus 5iu GH daily
Calories- roughly 2200 (250P,200C,50F)
Training- 5 day split, 1 day off, 45 mins cardio daily
My idea was to drop the tren and hgh now and throw in Anavar 40mg/day for 2 weeks and into the event. Put HCG back in to raise e2 slightly (i feel better at top of range when running test/primo 1:1). Also maybe add dhea/preg supplementation. For training/food: keep calories and cardio the same and ease up on the weights. Your thoughts on this?
I'd like to have fun at this event/shoot but if not I'll deal with it. I just thought maybe someone around here would have a strategy as it seems to resemble what you guys go through to do shows. If you think this is more the deficit than the drugs then would there be a safe way to increase calories without looking like shit? Do I back off the training and keep calories? If you think this is more drug related please tell. If I can't have it both ways then fuck me I've learned my lesson.
Just a side note: first time running tren and it's fucking awesome. Minimal sides, good gains/fat loss. Also I think keeping e2 low on tren is a must. For work/business it seems to help motivation/deal making but I can see how personal relationships would suffer after prolonged use.
