What's your AI dosage on 500 mg test?

Yeah next time I'm gonna get bloods work instead of taking arimidex I was feeling like shit after taking .25mg this morning.

I know I'm sensitive to ais I thought I was having high e2 since I got a bit of acne but it's bullshit. Next time I gotta take bloodwork first to see if I have high e2 or not plus I'm gonna use aromasin next time adex is too strong for me even .25mg is too much

I read up on adex and aromasin a lot, and it seems in general people prefer aromasin over adex. Blood work will definitly give you answers.

Gonna inject some more test tonight after going to the gym feel like shit lol this always happens to me after taking ai I was debating not doing it I knew better than to take it lmao

I will say this though my aromatization increases when I drink alcohol. When I take nandrolone i have to have AI but I need less than half the dose when I dont drink

How much of an AI on how much Nan?

Yeah gonna buy aromasin not gonna use adex anymore felt like shit on it.

on 500mg/week of test, I need 50mg/week of aromasin. This puts my e2 around 90. If I use a 19-nor, I'd need to either lower Test, or up the ai dose.

Masteron is my favorite add on to Test. Some guys like it, some don't. But the past couple years I just run it with my trt and I feel great. No AI needed. My e2 stays in the somewhat upper range just where I like it for libido and mood.
