The problem I always have with lots of cals is sitting on the toilet all fucking day long. I pushed 6500 cals a day for about four months but literally spent more time on the toilet than in front of my desk.

Fuck that lifestyle.

What were your stats before and after 4 months of pushing 6500 kcals/d? Weight & BF [estimate]

52yo and I'm on a blast, don't judge me, I came to the game late and discovered I have a very high tolerance. I figure I only have a couple blasts left:

2.5g test c weekly
1.2g primo weekly
20mg anavar daily divided
12iu HGH every evening
a little tirzepatide to keep the weight gain in check.

Experimented with tren ace 300mg/wk recently for a few weeks with no sides and anadrol 80mg/day. I'm off that presently, but I'll probably pick it back up after the holidays for 4-6 weeks when I can train more consistently. That'll wrap up my blast.

From all this, I have no sides. BP is good (<120/80), RHR is good (65bpm), lipids are golden, though I'm on a grip of lipid management pharmaceuticals.

What is apparent is that I can tolerate really big doses of gear. Doesn't make me a hyper-responder though. What remains to be seen is what kind of gains I can make with that much gear and whether the juice is worth the squeeze.

With no sides and no obvious health issues, the only downsides are the volume of gear I have to inject every day.
I tried something very similar - using a lot of shit - a while ago, to see if it would by-pass the failing nerve signaling from my cervical radiculopathy. My entire left side stopped responding/ stopped growing/ I lost all strength

2 grams test and a box of serostim a week / 56YO over two months
Blood pressure was perfect

Nothing worked

Four months later the radiculopathy seems to have healed itself and I'm growing again on just 500 test

But now I have the same problem on my right side :)

Getting old fucking sucks

Are you sure these two things are unrelated?

I'm small. I went from 150lbs to 175lbs. But I was also ripped because I always do at least an hour of cardio a day and have for the past 6 years. It was a really good look but sitting on the toilet for hours every day? Not for me.

I thought about it for a second; upping from 500 to 2 grams of test long term, doing a box of serostim weekly long term, adding another 1,000 calories.
I just can't live like that.

Diet was very simple: chicken/steak/tuna, rice/pasta, vegetables, 2-3 protein drinks. VERY few crap snacks. Peanut butter was my shit food. Very clean.

But I'm old too. I need a lot more recovery time.

I'm unsure about anything these days. Being forced to take off of lifting has reduced my pain, helped my body heal, allowed me to move around easier. I still look OK because of cardio and I still look somewhat muscular with clothes on.

I went in for an MRI but left after 5 minutes because of claustrophobia. LOL.
I think I was just working too much so, I left without a definitive diagnosis.

I've never in my life experienced claustrophobia until I got my first MRI. It was one of the small hole versions too. Compressed my shoulders and such. I made it through but did a lot of deep breathing exercises.

More recently got an MRI with one of the big hole versions. It was quite a bit more pleasant.

Right! Last year going to work backing up out of my driveway turning my head to look for traffic and felt a sharp bee like sting in my neck. By the end of the day very uncomfortable and lost all function of of left tricep. Literally could not push down unpinned high cable stack.

MRI showed bone spur in contact with spinal cord at c6/7, 6 weeks of twice week physiotherapy with traction and it resolved completely. Just waiting for it to happen again. Until then just grinding away.

Getting old indeed sucks yet best decade of my life.

Its weird how you find out you have claustrophobia...I found out in a Casa Bonita. We took a circle booth in some cave like spot. I was in the back of it with people on either side. Literally crawled across the table to get out when it hit. 40 years later I still hear about it.

Next time, accept the medication. It's only like 5 mg of valium and can make 40 minutes in that dystopian hell tube significantly less unpleasant.

That reminds me…. The MRI wasn’t the first time I had that experience. When I was younger I was deep in a cave in Arkansas. It was cavernous for t most part but I found myself squeezing through a hole that was so tight I couldn’t get my shoulders through without going with one arm above and one arm below. As I was squeezed, I had a moment of panic and again with the deep breathing.

Was this a tourist thing? Did they let people with obesity go?

The question remains as to whether lowering one's calcium score improves outcomes. The presence of calcified plaque indicates advanced progression of ASCVD. Presuming one addresses the cause of plaque accumulation and that existing calcified plaque hasn't progressed sufficiently to inhibit flow rate, then I'm not sure that reducing it will yield an improved risk profile.
True if flow hasn’t been inhibited. But I don’t think anyone could argue stopping calcium deposits from developing doesn’t go towards longevity of lifespan.

Wholly agreed. There's some promising results for Vitamin K2:

Follow up trials have had mixed results, but the mechanism of action is promising and it has other beneficial effects. In particular I use K2 Mk7.

Nice read and thanks for sharing, this is very interesting!
