Truenutrition +3 good protein dont forget to add digestive enzymes. They have oatmeal you can have in many flavors and add nuts and fruit. But my favorite big brand is optimum nutrition. Hands down if i can't get a solid meal. Protein is my replacement.

Actually yes. I fely bloated and gassy without enzymes. So i tried next batch with enzymes and i felt good. i think i digested the mix better with enzymes in it. Also i like to add phlyum husk and sweet potatoes powder for carbs. But truth is i believe everyone is different . I like iso, hydro proteins, egg white the best.

Im using 4g of beta alanine 5g of creatine hcl 5g bcaa 3:1:2 3g taurine and 3g of l arginine and that is my during workout drink. I dont do a preworkout drink right now as im on a cycle .

I found that amazon seems to be the cheapest. I get a 5lb jug of met -rx whey for 45 bucks. My pre workouts are cheaper on there too.
