I just discovered a new preworkout called “one of one, loaded preworkout” by floyd mayweather. Whoever came up with the ingredients seems to have followed the science for optimal dosing. Feels great with one scoop.

Gave up pres a while ago. They just haven’t been the same since Jack 3D original. Other items I use suffice fine for good energy and nitric oxide. Last one I used was GNC.I just discovered a new preworkout called “one of one, loaded preworkout” by floyd mayweather. I liked gorilla mode for the longest time. This preworkout I mentioned in the original post pretty much has the same dosing for ingredients as gorilla mode with a couple added ingredients, minus creatine. It’s probably all the same shit lolI spend my PWO money on GH now, but if I grab some as a treat I like Hosstile or Gorilla Mode
I've thought about that but haven't looked into it much. How big of a savings is it and how much work is it?I make my own from bulk ingredients. It's a waste of money to pay someone to mix a bunch of garbage stimulants and flavor together and call it a pre-workout
I did a ghetto version of this for a while where I took citrulline and caffeine pills or instant coffee. Definitely waaaay more cost effectiveI make my own from bulk ingredients. It's a waste of money to pay someone to mix a bunch of garbage stimulants and flavor together and call it a pre-workout
all you’re missing is some beta alanine for the itchy asshole and this formula seems golden. I may attempt this in the near future. Good looks.I purchase everything on Amazon.
300 gms l citrulline- $17
500 gms glycerol $35
1000 gms taurine $24
My mix is 6 gms of citrulline, 5 gms glycerol, and 3 gms taurine. I add whatever flavor I want- sometimes an electolyte pouch, sometimes some gatorade, maybe some iced tea powder. Usually I just use plain water. It math's out to about 75 cents/serving.
The three-ingredient stack of L-citrulline, glycerol, and taurine enhances blood flow, hydration, and endurance without stimulants. L-citrulline (6 g) boosts nitric oxide for stronger pumps, glycerol (5 g) increases muscle cell hydration for fullness and stamina, and taurine (3 g) balances electrolytes and prevents fatigue. Taken with about 1 liter of water roughly 30-40 minutes before training, it delivers lasting pumps, better endurance, and smoother performance throughout your workout.
I get great pumps, strength, and stamina. I can tell the difference when I don't use it.
I know beta alanine is great for nitrous oxide, but I cant stand the itch and flushing.all you’re missing is some beta alanine for the itchy asshole and this formula seems golden. I may attempt this in the near future. Good looks.
Side note: science says for acute benefits of L citrulline you should consume 8-10g. maybe up the dosage on that one.
A nerd can correct me if I’m wrong but I think beta alanine needs to be dosed pretty high and takes months to saturate in order to really reap the benefits. I think it’s in a lot of pwo’s just so people can feel likes it’s doing something.I know beta alanine is great for nitrous oxide, but I cant stand the itch and flushing.
Citrulline malate is 8-10 gms. L citrulline is 6-8 gms. 6 of L works good for me. I'm always big on using the smallest effective dose.
It typically takes at least 2 weeks of daily beta alanine (4g) to have a meaningful increases in muscle carnosine content, which is what beta alanine promotes. At this point all studies point to increases to power output and increased endurance in longer form high intensity activities (1+ minute)A nerd can correct me if I’m wrong but I think beta alanine needs to be dosed pretty high and takes months to saturate in order to really reap the benefits.
