What's your goal for HR/BP when on a mass gaining phase?

I am curious how you all treat blood pressure when on a mass gaining phase?

Do you give yourself a little room to fluctuate or are you taking enough meds to control your BP at all times no matter what?

I have gained about 20lbs since Thanksgiving and even before that was taking medication to control anxiety
( buspirone, propanalol ) which inadvertently had my BP always looking really nice.

Fast forward to now. Cruising on 100mg of testosterone a week, training frequently, sleeping well, eating 3200 calories a day and at a higher BMI than I have been at in a while with a higher BF%. My numbers can be around 135/80 when I first sit down to take my BP. If I sit for a minute and take some deep breaths it always regulates back down to 120/75 within a few minutes.

Is your BP always regulated with the ancillaries you take?

120/75 is fine, but generally every second with high BP so above 120/80 is a risk for your health.
Control your E2 (i personally aim for 30-50 so mid to high in the lab ranges) Stay low bf% every bit of unnecessary weight you carry around can increase BP, if your Lifestyle-factors are in check (hydration, minimum 70 minutes zone 2 cardio/week, proper nutrition, etc) and your BP is still high I would add Telmisartan at 20mg daily and asses from there

And regarding your question, i dont take ancillaries just low bf%, controlled E2, and proper Lifestyle and the highest my BP goes is 125/78 if i instantly measure it after sitting down and walking up stairs before or something...
currently on 350test 70tren /week, 8ius gh daily

that sounds pretty normal honestly. mine almost always reads higher the first minute then settles once i chill out. i dont freak over a little bump during a gaining phase as long as resting numbers come back down. hydration cardio and sodium control go a long way too. if it stays elevated even after sitting thats when i start adjusting stuff. sounds like youre paying attention which already puts you ahead of most people.

Ya I am probably hyper aware of health metrics for my age (39). I had substance issues when I was younger and a part of me thinks I messed myself up somehow. It is some sort of irrational fear that disregards my health markers always being relatively good besides being a little higher BMI wise the last 6 months or so. My metabolic panels always come back looking stellar.
